Ken Kohlberg is a broadly experienced, classically trained trial and appellate lawyer focusing primarily on medical licensure regulation, physician employment, credentialing and peer review, and professional licensing issues for healthcare providers of all kinds.
In addition to having tried many difficult cases to verdict, Ken has published several law review articles regarding healthcare litigation, testified in public hearings before the Massachusetts Joint Committee on the Judiciary and the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine, and earned a Masters Degree in Public Health from Harvard University.
Ken is fortunate to have begun his legal training at an established Worcester law firm - and he is grateful for the privilege of having worked alongside and in opposition to some of the most accomplished trial attorneys in Massachusetts. Industriousness, resourcefulness, and perseverance - these are the hallmarks of Ken's law practice.
